Check the eligible/ineligible status of applicants (online and manual) on the RRC website www.rrcmas.in
Call letters to eligible candidates are despatched in a phased manner, three weeks prior to each examination
Eligible candidates who do not receive the call letter may contact RRC/Chennai office in person for a duplicate call letter, three days before the exam date (Thursday); duplicates are issued only to candidates shown as eligible on the website
Visually handicapped candidates: fill the blank Admit Card for the Scribe enclosed with the call letter, affix the scribe's photo and send it immediately to RRC/Chennai
