    पदयोग्यता
    Finance posts (Senior Manager, DGM, AGM)CA or CMA qualified from ICAI or ICMAI. Post-qualification Executive experience of 13 / 17 / 21 years respectively, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade. Experience preferably in Public Sector, Central/State Government or large private sector organisation of repute.
    HR posts (Senior Manager, DGM, AGM)Full time MBA with specialization in HRM (HR as main or major subject) / HRD / HRM with minimum 60% marks, or PG degree in Personnel Management / IR / Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks, or 2 year full time PG Diploma in PM&IR / Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks, or Masters in Social Work or MHROD. Post-qualification experience of 13 / 17 / 21 years respectively. LLB desirable.

    आवेदन कैसे करें

    3. Open the THDCIL career section (New Job Openings) and fill the online registration form using the link given there.
    4. Enter basic information, category, academic and professional details, languages, address and experience as per documents.
    5. Upload all documents in the prescribed format and size; unclear documents may lead to rejection.
    6. General/OBC/EWS candidates pay ₹600 through Make Payment (SBIePay), then click Submit.
    7. SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates click Submit directly.
    8. Take a printout of the completed form and keep it safely. Do not send it to THDCIL.
