Desirable: pass in Subordinate Accounts Service Examination conducted by a central government accounts department, or successful relevant training in Accounts/Budget/Financial Accounting procedures from ISTM or any other recognized institute. Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or with 5 years of service after appointment on regular basis in Pay Level 10.
