Selection process
- Shortlisting by a committee of the Bank (meeting the minimum eligibility does not guarantee a call)
- Interview of 100 marks (posts 1 to 4 include a 10-minute presentation on job profile / projects / milestones)
- CTC negotiation, one by one, at or after the interview
- Merit list in descending order of interview marks (ties broken by age, older first)

Terms of engagement
