    1. Computer Based Test: General Knowledge 50 marks (objective); English Composition 50 marks (20 objective + 30 subjective)
    2. Subjective English checked only for candidates with 33% or more in General Knowledge
    3. Computer Proficiency Test (qualifying only): Spreadsheet Test 10 marks, 4 or more needed; typing at 30 WPM
    4. Original testimonials / interaction for candidates qualifying CBT and CPT

    How to apply

    1. Register and fill the application at www.sssc.gov.in under the head 'Clerk District Courts of Punjab'
    2. Upload real-time photograph, scanned passport photo and signature (photo not more than one month old)
    3. Pay the fee online; the form is considered submitted only after fee payment
    4. Keep printed copy of the application and five copies of the uploaded photograph

    • Certificates of category claimed (issued by competent authority of Government of Punjab)
    • Latest disability certificate for PwBD category
    • Income and Assets certificate for EWS
    • BC certificate with undertaking on creamy layer status
    • Gradation certificate for Sportsman category
    • No Objection Certificate for regular government employees
    • Certificate of identity from District Magistrate for applicants choosing 'Others' gender
