How do I know if a government job notice is genuine?

Check that the notice is on the organisation's own official website (usually ending in .gov.in, .nic.in or the bank's own site). Government bodies never ask for money for a job, except the application fee paid on the official site. Ignore notices that come only on WhatsApp or social media, and never pay agents.
